Rhonda Faehn was an exceptional gymnast herself being a USA team member from 1985-1988, which included representing USA as the highest placed American athlete at the 1987 World Championships. She was also named the reserve for the 1988 Olympics US team.
Rhonda began coaching in 1992 and worked her way up to becoming the Head Coach of the University of Florida from 2002 – 2015 where she went on to achieve an unprecedented 10 top five NCAA Championship finishes including claiming Florida’s first ever three NCAA Championships titles! From 2015 – 2018 Rhonda was the Senior Vice President of the USA Women’s Gymnastics Program where she was responsible for managing the US Women’s Program, staff, the execution of the US strategic Plan, as well as meeting annual objectives.
